Yoga is an invitation to tune into our hearts, bodies, minds, and spirits. As long as we can consciously breathe we can practice yoga.
Like the lotus flower that journeys through the murky waters and blossoms in the sunlight, by connecting our attention to our breath and body, we transform and open.
This class will be a breath inspired journey. We will practice slow flow to increase circulation, strength, flexibility, mental clarity, balance and focus. The emphasis will be on experiencing rejuvenation through connecting our breath and movement.
This class is designed for all levels.
